Returns Policy

In the United Kingdom, online retailers must offer a 14-day cooling-off period for customers to change their mind about a purchase: 
  • CancellationCustomers can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. 
  • ReturnCustomers have an additional 14 days to return the item. 
  • RefundThe retailer must issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 
  • ReasonCustomers don't need to provide a reason for the return. 
There are some exceptions to the 14-day cooling-off period, including:
  • Items that are personalized or custom-made 
  • Items that are perishable, like flowers or fresh food 
  • Items that were sealed on delivery but have been opened, like DVDs or computer games 
  • Items that date quickly, like newspapers, magazines, or periodicals 
  • Items based on betting, gaming, or lotteries 
  • Event tickets 
  • Digital goods, like music downloads 
If an item is faulty, the retailer must cover the cost of return and the customer is usually entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
