Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Clare James Limited offers pre-order options on selected products. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders are taken in advance of stock arriving. Estimated dispatch dates are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at clarejamestrading@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard return and refund policy applies.
• In the unlikely event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and offered a full refund.

Subscriptions Clare James Limited does not currently offer subscription or recurring purchase options. All orders are one-time purchases only.
